Dorothy Delasin is a professional golfer who plays in the US-based LPGA Tour.
In 2000, at age 19, she was the youngest LPGA winner in 30 years to win the Giant Eagle Classic. She also won the LPGA Rookie of the Year.
In 2001, she won the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic and Samsung World Championship of Women's Golf.
Dorothy Delasin is a full-blooded Filipino and is one of the most recognized personalities in the Philippines. She was the Philippines Athlete of the Year in 2000 and 2001 for her accomplishments in the LPGA tour.
In 2003, she won the Mobile LPGA Tournament of Champions, her fourth career title.
In 2004, Dorothy was honored by the Philippine Sportswriters Association for her outstanding achievements on the LPGA Tour in 2003
