T.V. Carpio is a Filipina singer, songwriter and actress. Born Teresa Victoria Carpio in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1981, she is the daughter of Asian singer Teresa Carpio. T.V. grew up in Hongkong and later pursued a jazz program at New York's New School University.


In the 2007 musical film Across the Universe, she played the role of Prudence while her Dad played the role of an extra. She also did some stint on television and made her Broadway debut in Rent as Alexi Darling and others, appearing from December 2006 until April 2007.
